Orders

  • When will I receive my order?
    • If your order was placed before 3pm Monday through Friday, it will ship out the same day. If you selected free ground shipping, your order will likely arrive within 1-7 days from the date your order was placed. If you selected an expedited shipping option, such as 1-day or 2-day shipping, you should expect to receive your order within the time specified. If your order is delayed, and you selected an expedited shipping service, we will refund your shipping fees. **We are currently experiencing fulfillment delays of approximately 2 business days due to COVID-19 related disruptions**
  • How do I cancel my order?
    • You may cancel your order at any point before your order has shipped. You may cancel your order on your account page, or by contacting us. Please be advised that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Items may be returned once they arrive subject to our Return Policy.
  • Can I add items to an order I already placed?
    • Yes. Please contact us to modify your order. Any modifications must be made before the order has shipped.
  • My order arrived and items were missing.
    • If you receive your order and items that you purchased were missing, please notify us immediately.
  • I never received my order
    • If your order has not arrived within the time-frame specified in your tracking information, please notify us immediately. Any fees charged for expedited shipping will be refunded if your order was delayed, or failed to arrive.
  • Can I pre-order out of stock items?
    • Yes. If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, please contact us and we will provide an estimated in-stock date, as well as place a hold on that item when it is in-stock.

Shipping

  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    • We offer free ground shipping for all order over $50 throughout the entire United States. All items that are not marked special order ship from warehouses within the United States, and typically arrive within 3-4 business days when ground shipping is selected. Some orders may arrive even sooner. We also offer expedited shipping options. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for more information.
  • Do you charge extra for large items?
    • It depends. If an item is marked as “Oversized”, a $60 fee will be applied to all expedited shipping options. Oversized items still ship for free if ground shipping is selected, unless the item is marked as “Truck Freight Only”. Please contact us for a quote if you wish to order an item that requires truck freight.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes. We ship most items just about anywhere. Some brands place restrictions on certain items, and unfortunately, we cannot ship those items internationally. If you wish to ship an item internationally, please contact us for a quote.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    • We offer a generous 60-day return policy on most items. However, some items cannot be returned. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information, and for a list of items that are excluded.
  • Can I return damaged items?
    • It depends. If the item was damaged during shipping, call us and we will arrange for the replacement of the item or for a refund. If the item was damaged as a result of misuse, or at any time after the item was delivered, it cannot be exchanged. If your item is defective, please contact us and we will replace it. Pricing & Promotions

  • Do you price match?
    • In many cases, yes. If you find an item for a lower price at another online marine products retailer, send an email to [email protected] and we will determine if we can provide an equal or lower price. In some cases, we are unable to offer a lower price due to manufacturer restrictions.
  • Do you offer a rewards program?
    • Not yet. We are working on creating a program that will reward customer loyalty and offer special deals to our customers. Keep checking back!

Products

  • Do you occasionally add new products?
    • Yes. Once new offerings are available from our brands, we will include them in our catalog. We plan on creating a “New Arrivals” section on our homepage once we have enough new products to do so.

Payments

  • Do you store payment information?
    • Never! The Offshore Store uses a secured payment gateway to ensure that your payment information never falls into the wrong hands. Our servers do not receive payment information. All transaction data is transmitted directly to our payment providers.
  • What payment methods do you provide?
    • Currently we accept all major credit and debit cards. We plan on accepting other payment methods in the near future.
